Prayer : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking (i) a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to refund the sum of Rs.65,635/- deducted out of the petitioner's VRS settlement amount towards TDS along with accrued interest in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.Nos.741, 746, 743, 742, 744 and 745 of 2018 dated 01.07.2021; and (ii) a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to refund the sum of Rs.1,80,685/- deducted out of the petitioner's deceased father's VRS settlement amount towards TDS along with accrued interest in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.Nos.741, 746, 743, 742, 744 and 745 of 2018 dated 01.07.2021.
