C.M.P.No.7156 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 1218 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, L.Kirupa.

2. C.M.P.No.7161 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement of the above Appeal Suit on account of the death of the first respondent, L.Kirupa on 14.06.2019.

3. C.M.P.No.7166 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased first respondent, L.Kirupa, namely, Minor Aruna Sai Murali as the third respondent in the main Appeal Suit.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
