This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the Criminal Appeal as against the Judgment dated 23.10.2024 passed in STC No.224 of 2022 of learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 13 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
