(CRIME NO.50 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.OP.No.5817 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 from the date of receipt of the order and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SAIKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.Balamurugane Public Prosecutor for Pondicherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5817 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 22.04.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
