The civil revision petition in CRP.PD.No.2173 of 2018 was dismissed for default on 03.02.2021. The petitioner has come forward with the petition to restore the civil revision petition which was dismissed for default by order dated 03.02.2021.

2. When the present petition was listed on 23.04.2021, the petition revealed that the sole respondent died and the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. As such, the matter was adjourned to 03.06.2021. Even till today, the petitioner did not take any step to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and seeks further adjournment. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
