JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal was dismissed as abated in respect of the second and third appellants, vide order dated 11.01.2024.
2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 04.02.2026, there was no representation for the first appellant, hence, Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e., on 23.02.2026. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the first appellant reported no instructions.
3. In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition if any is closed.
