No.4536 of 2013: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent, pertaining with his order in Letter No.26919/L.A/3(2)/2011-6, dated 28.01.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent herein to reconvey 0.65 acres of land in S.No.967/4B of Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk under Section 48-B of Land Acquisition Act in the light of the judgment of this Court rendered in W.A.Nos.252 to 255 of 2011.

No.4537 of 2013: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent, pertaining with his order in Letter No.15/L.A.3(2)/12-4, dated 25.06.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondent herein to reconvey 1.29 acres of land in S.No.332/4 of Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk under Section 48-B of Land Acquisition Act in the light of the judgment of this Court rendered in W.A.Nos.252 to 255 of 2011.

No.21756 of 2013: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent, pertaining with his order in Letter No.13957/LA 3(2)/2012-4, dated 10.04.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent herein to reconvey 0.20 acres of land in S.No.805/1B of Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore North Taluk under Section 48-B of Land Acquisition Act on the basis of the judgment of this Court rendered in W.A.Nos.252 to 255 and 422 of 2011.
