JUDGMENT

The complainant filed this criminal appeal against the dismissal of a private complaint filed by him under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Erode, in C.C.No.1186 of 2016 on 11.01.2010.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent produced the copy of the demand draft for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- which is the cheque amount and the same was received by the counsel for the appellant. The copy of the demand draft was scanned and extracted hereunder:

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal appeal and the same stands dismissed.
