ORDER

This revision petitioner herein challenges the order of delivery passed in E.P (RCOP No.03/2017) on the file of Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Pondicherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. The learned counsel submitted that there is discrepancy as to the survey number of the site on which the building stands, and also vis-a-vis the title to the building itself.

3. This Court may not be able to appreciate the said submissions, since rent control proceedings essentially concerns with the building, and not with the site, and where the tenant has suffered a decree for eviction in R.C.O.P. No.64/2014, it is not given to him to challenge the jural relationship between the landlord and tenant, after the conclusion of the proceedings.

4. To sum up, this Court does not find merit in this revision and hence the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
