ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the second respondent herein in rejecting the petitioner's Application No.TN7202211102451 dated 21.11.2022 for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate and direct the second respondent herein to issue Legal Heir Certificate to the deceased Late Narayanasamy.
2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
