4 SHAHIDALI ..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 1st respondent in proceedings No. Saa.Moo.Aa.No. A-1/511/2012 dated 16.07.2012 on the file of the First Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to extent the lease to the shop for further period of six months in view of the loss occurred to the petitioner for allotment of shop by the 1st respondent to 4th respondent.
