Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents that the order, dated 22.09.2015, passed in W.P.No.29784 of 2015, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with, by way of the proceedings, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 14.02.2013, of the second respondent. But it is disputed by

the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is only a partial compliance.

3. In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
