and of MR.V.AYYAPPARAJA Advocate for 6th respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit filed for specific performance.

Seeking an order of injunction on the premise that the respondents are attempting to alienate, the present petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no intention to alienate as of now.

Recording the said submission, we make it clear that alienation can only be done after getting appropriate orders from this Court. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands closed.
