ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the third application filed by the petitioner for bail. The earlier bail applications in Crl. O.P. Nos.13000 and 16366 of 2017 were dismissed by this Court on 10.07.17 and 18.08.17 respectively. It is seen that this case is of the year 2003 and the investigation was completed and charge sheet filed in PRC No.17/04. The petitioner was granted bail during investigation in Crime No.361/03. Thereafter, he absconded on 18.2.08 and he was apprehended by the police only on 4.4.17.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this point of time. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
