Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent Lr.No. D4/9547/2015 dated 22.09.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the amount as agreed in the order of indent issued by them for supply of inputs for Red Gram per hectare at the rate of Rs. 6551/- under the red gram transplantation demonstration scheme.
