This revision challenges the order of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Cases, Chennai dated 04.11.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1346 of 2015 in Cr.No.5 of 2013.

2. The petitioner challenges the order of the Court below directing return of the car to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner should execute a bond in a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- with two sureties for like sum. Seeking modification of such condition, the present revision has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will comply with the other conditions imposed.

3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above submission.

Taking into consideration the presently admitted position of the vehicle having gone under water owing to the recent rains, this Court modifies the condition to one requiring the petitioner to execute a bond in a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) with one surety in like sum. In all other aspects, the order of the Court below shall remain unaltered. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
