This petition is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.236 of 2019 on the file of the Special Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Krishnagiri.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.236 of 2019 on the file of the Special Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Krishnagiri, for the present and directed to produce a copy of the judgment and decree dated 10.01.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.236 of 2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
