Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Na. Ka. No. S2/2846/2012 dt 22.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue a specific order in regard to the posting of the petitioner as Junior Assistant to satisfy the legal requirements counting the services of the petitioner for all service benefits right from the date of his discharging the work as Junior Assistant and as per Rules pertaining to the post and as per section 47 of the Act.

The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Na. Ka. No. S2/2846/2012 dt 22.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue a specific order in regard to the posting of the petitioner as Junior Assistant to satisfy the legal requirements counting the services of the petitioner for all service benefits right from the date of his discharging the work as Junior Assistant and as per Rules pertaining to the post and as per section 47 of the Act.

2. When the matter was listed earlier on 06.11.2019, 18.11.2019 and 11.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners, hence the matter came to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No cots.
