Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession of the property in respect of the lands in S.No.443/1 and 452/1 at Mornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District with a total extent of 2.35 acres by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.02.2020. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession of the property in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the lands in S.No.443/1 and 452/1 at Mornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District with a total extent of 2.35 acres by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.02.2020. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.02.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
