2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent.

3. Petitioner company has been represented by its Director by name T.Sharat Babu. Under orders of this Court dated 16.12.2015, petitioner was required to execute a bond in a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety in like sum towards obtaining return of a Car. This Court would inform that the requirement of executing a bond has been placed on a juristic person, the company and the bond, as required by this Court, may be executed by any one of its Directors upon duly satisfying the Magistrate there regards.

Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
