Today when the matter has been taken up before this Court, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.11437 of 2016 in W.P.No.12345 of 2016 dated 12.04.2016 has been complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would further submit that the petitioner has been appointed as Office Assistant and he has also received the appointment order dated 14.11.2016. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed and consequently, Sub Application No.648 of 2016 is also closed.
