This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a complaint dated 25.03.2022 given by the petitioner.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that it is the matter related to family dispute.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
