Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of 2 to 5 respondents not appearing either in person or by an advocatets the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 19.04.2017, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- together with interest and costs by the petitioner / insurance company, within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 04.07.2018 has been duly complied with by the petitioner / insurance company. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
