This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to Additional District and Sessions Court, Dharapuram, to take up and dispose the condition modification petition in Crl.R.C.No.33 of 2024 in Crl.MP.No.772 of 2024 in FIR Crime No.16 of 2022 pending on its file.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dharapuram is directed to take up and dispose the condition modification petition in Crl.R.C.No.33 of 2024 in Crl.MP.No.772 of 2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
