This Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the Document number of the Sale Deed dated 14.07.1999 in the prayer column of the affidavit and writ petition as Doc.No. 660/1999 instead of Doc.No. 699/1999 in the above WP.No.34822 of 2024 and also issue the amended order copy dated 22.11.2024. 2.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue amended order copy to the parties.
