This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 192 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both side.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above Petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both side, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that there shall be no interest for the delay period, in case of any enhancement.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.D.Raghu, as learned counsel appearing for the Respondent in the cause list, at the time admission.
