C.M.P.No.6075 of 2026 in C.M.A.SR.No.35888 of 2026 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

Learned counsel for the 1st petitioner would state that on account of the accident, her husband passed away and thereafter, due to financial constraints she was not in a position to arrange for the Court fee to prefer the appeal.

2.Mr.S.Santhosh Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation takes notice for the respondent. He expressed that he has got no serious objection in allowing the above petition.

3.In light of the above, this condone delay petition is ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 353 days.

4.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.35888 of 2026 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
