[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in BCDFGISSSV No.36/2017 dated 30.01.2017, against the detenu by name, Arunkumar @ Arun, S/o.Chinnadurai, residing at No.65-01, V.S.M.Garden Street, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai - 600 083 and quash the same.
2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.1243 dated 13.03.2017, the Detention Order in question has been revoked and a copy of the same has been submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has been revoked.
4. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
5. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
