ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 09.04.2018, made in W.P.No.8447 of 2015, has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come

up with the contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order dated 09.04.2018 has been complied with by the first respondent, by passing proceedings, dated 30.07.2018, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the first respondent, it is always open to him to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceedings, in the manner known to law and it is not open to him to sustain the present contempt petition, in view the compliance reported by the first respondent.
