Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the sole respondent in this Civil Revision Petition who is the plaintiff in the suit died on 06.10.2019. Though the respondent died long back, no steps have been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that he is unable to get instructions from his client despite several communications addressed to him.
2. In these circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition as abated and the same is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
