Seeking leave to institute the suit in respect of Schedule C properties which are situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application. 2.Applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for partition and separate possession. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that most of the schedule mentioned properties are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the parties are also residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 17.10.2016 mmi
