(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners/respondents 4 & 5 to recall the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4823 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition, with liberty to file necessary or appropriate application and also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
