Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in Letter No.SE/CEDC/M/DFC/AO/R/HT/AS/A3/F.HT.SC 205/D.232/2012 dated 22.12.2012 on the file of the respondent, quash the same in so far as the belated payment surcharge to the tune of Rs.8,36,584/- for the period from February, 2002 to July, 2004 is concerned and consequently, direct the respondent to accept the electricity tax of Rs.41,81,400/- in 36 equal monthly instalments.
