It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first petitioner in the writ petition, viz., M.Jagadeesh is no more and hence, the present petition to implead the petitioners 1. J.Narmadha, 2. K.N.Gopalakrishnan and 3. M.J.Swathi as his legal representatives. 2.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. 3.

Registry is directed to make suitable corrections in the cause title and list the case on 22.04.2024.
