ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.5(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32207 of 2024 in Crime No.513 of 2025 on 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32207 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
