ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondent to provide Police Protection to the petitioner's life.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein resulting in O.S.No.12 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thittagudi. That apart, the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.55 of 2025 lodged by the third respondent. Though the petitioner lodged a complaint for the very same occurrence, he was issued CSR and so far no FIR has been registered and therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.
