This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Krishnan against the petitioner, in connection with the money transaction, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.153 of 2023 was conducted. Krishnan undertook to workout his remedy before the competent civil Court. As of now, there is no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), petitioner is not required to appear for enquiry, it is not necessary to pass orders in this petition.
