Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondent police to produce the body of the person of the petitioner's Minor Daughter namely, S.Bhuvaneshwari, D/o.Subramanian, before this Court and entrust her custody to the petitioner/set her free.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANARAO, J.} Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 2nd March 2017, the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore has caused the production of the missing girl Bhuvaneshwari, daughter of the writ petitioner.

2. The writ petitioner and her husband are also present in the Court. We have interacted with all three of them. They are informed that the girl has since been restored to the custody of the parents and she has once again started staying and living with her parents.

3. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and it is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
