Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.12118/D1/2011 dated 13.09.2011 and quash para 22 of the said impugned proceedings in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to issue consequential directions to the respondents promoting the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster from the year 2011 on par with his juniors M/s.Babu and Devendran and to award all service and monetary benefits including seniority.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.24395 of 2013 dated 2.9.2013.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that pending writ appeal, the writ petitioner was promoted as Headmaster of the Middle School and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.
3. Recording the same, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
No costs.
The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
