This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.15 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.15 of 2025, the same has been closed as "Mistake of Fact", on 26.02.2025.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
