ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. As her complaint made for the production of her husband did not yield result, the present petition has been filed.

2. It appears from the records produced by the petitioner and the statement made by the learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prosecutor that the detenu is a mentally imbalanced person. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that despite efforts made, the respondents are unable to secure the detenu. We are, therefore, not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. However, the respondents shall make every effort to trace the detenu and if the detenu is found, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
