PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass these petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

3.It is seen that already this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25936 of 2018 by an order dated 14.11.2018 specifically directed the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Even then, the 2nd respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him. Therefore, it is made clear that the 2nd respondent shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry, otherwise, there is a crime as against the petitioner.

5.With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
