This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.73 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022, to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Erode, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Erode once in a month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
