(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) On 15.04.2021, this Court passed the following order: "The Registry is directed to put up a note as to whether Sathish, petitioner herein has filed any appeal through any other Advocate. The Registry is also directed to call for the report from the District Mahila Sessions Court, Cuddalore, as to whether the materials objects are available in the Court. Post the matter on 28.04.2021."

Pursuant to the above order, the Registry has put up a note dated 27.04.2021, which reads as follows:

"On verification of the records available in the computer, it is respectfully submitted that apart from this appeal, no other appeal is filed by the petitioner viz., Mr.Sathish through any other advocate before this hon'ble Court challenging the conviction and sentence in S.C.No.86 of 2010 dated 23.11.2010 passed by the District Mahila Sessions Judge, Cuddalore."

The trial Court has sent a report dated 22.04.2021, wherein, it

is stated as follows:

"I humbly submit that the material objects in S.C.No.86/2010 which was disposed of on 23.11.2010 are available in this Court as per the reference cited above." 4.

In view of the above, being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 3340 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the same is otherwise in order.
