This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Section 302 IPC @ Sections 109, 120B and 302 IPC instead of Section 302 of IPC in the above Crl.O.P.No.5613 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5613 of 2024 and list the same on 18.03.2024.
