Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners except under the due process of law.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by Dr.Mariappan, petition enquiry is pending in against the petitioner.
4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
