In terms of the compromise, the appellant has to pay a total sum of Rs.10 lakhs in full and final settlement of the claim of both the respondents in the appeals. A draft for the said amount, required to be handed over in Court, has been so handed over.

2.Para 3 of the settlement also shows that C.S.Nos.249 and 250 of 2012 will also stand withdrawn on account of the settlement in mediation.

3.The settlement is taken on record and is accepted and stands implemented.

4.The appeals are, accordingly, disposed of, as compromised, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
