Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to treat the Petitioners' compulsory bond period as completed and to consequently release the Petitioners from the bonded service and to return all original certificates of the Petitioners that were submitted by them at the time of their admission to Post Graduate Higher Speciality Degree Course in the 5th Respondent College, within a time period stipulated by this Court. WMP.No.7673 of 2024 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. 2.This writ petition is pre-mature, insofar as the petitioners have approached the authority only by representations dated 20.02.2024 and 11.03.2024 for issuance of covid duty certificates and for release from bonded duty and return of certificates. Those representations have been received by the authorities only on 21.02.2024 and 12.03.2024 respectively.
3.Hence, it is for the petitioners to pursue the same before the 2/4
authorities and obtain the relief there, instead of which this writ petition has been instituted on 12.03.2024.
