2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petitioners' representation dated 27.10.2025, seeking for cancellation of Patta No.485 issued to the 7th respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. Mr.S.Abishek Saikumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the sixth respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against the seventh respondent, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioners' representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 7th respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners as well as the 7th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of Patta No.485 standing in the name of the 7th

respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer of this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the 7th respondent and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner as well as the 7th respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
