Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special Court Under TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P. No.10708 of 2017 in Crl.A. No.399 of 2017, dated 07.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K. MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard.

Condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court under TNPID Act cases, Coimbatore on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the appeal.

If on any particular date, the petitioner is not able to appear, he shall file a petition under Sec.317 of Criminal Procedure Code and undertake to appear before the Court on another day.
